Sticky Soy & Ginger BBQ Chicken Thighs
This incredibly simple but very flavoursome preparation gives you chicken that will be a hit at your next bbq. Serve with your favourite fresh salads.
450–500g Bird & Barrow Boneless Chicken Thigh Fillets
⅓ cup favourite bbq sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp finely grated ginger root
3 garlic cloves, finely diced
Sliced spring onion, to garnish
- Whisk together the bbq sauce, soy sauce, ginger and garlic in a medium-sized bowl. Add the chicken thighs and leave to marinate for at least 1 hour and up to 12 hours.
- Cook on the bbq over a medium heat until browned on the outside and cooked through.
- Serve with a garnish of sliced spring onion.
